Michael Moore's best documentary: tends to avoid the politics of most of his films and gets down to brass tacks: health care is too expensive in the U.S, doesn't cover enough people, and will soon enough bankrupt our country.
Time to get serious and fix the system, first by removing companies that profit by denying care, and finding excuses to do so.
