Review of Sholay (1975) by Mohammed S — 18 Aug 2007
We hear so much hype... millions of pounds are spent but there is stil no film to better this indian western classic. jai and veeru are smalltime crooks who are roped in to battle the evil gabbar singh and his cronies.
A timless work of art at a level which indians yearn to accomplish again. melodrama hyper action and clever comic delivery ensures nobody wil leave the theatre the same. For those who havnt seen it.. get ready.
the best is yet to come.
