Hilarious as well as serious. The action scenes where the fight was narrated and predicted in slow motion before they occurred were so unique and of course badass. Robert Downey did a great job implementing those funny little tweeks into Sherlock Holmes, that some might not have expected for such a character.
Every dialogue between Holmes and Watson was pure genius. And last but not least the final scene where Holmes reaveals everything point to point with the badguy holding on for his life, INTENSE.
