If Ed Wood had lived in the 21st century, this is exactly the kind of movie he would be making. Don't watch this expecting Academy Award-worthy performances. Don't watch it expecting Razzie-worthy performances.
Watch it for what it is, a B-movie chock full of over-the-top performances, a CGI monster, and more cliches than you can shake a stick at, and you'll probably enjoy it, if you're into that kind of thing.
Keep an eye out for the film's producer, B-movie legend Roger Corman in a cameo!
