Film about people who live far from the reaches of civilation and government (and somewhat about Middle Eastern culture). Not ha ha funny, but goes for a comical tone. Moves slowly (though I didn't find it boring) especially at the beginning with the intention of showing the pace of life in this settting.
Good foreign film about life very different from the U.S.
