The clown story was probably the best one, and that's not really saying too much about this movie. The synopsis says that the stories are intertwining, so I was hoping for something neat like 4 Rooms or similar movies, but as far as I could tell this never happened.
The closest thing to story crossovers was the that there was the same guy in two of them, but I think it was just the same actor cause I don't think he was a cop in one of them. I don't know I was kind of half watching this and there was nothing that was really grabbing my attention.
