Review of Scarface (1983) by Andremax — 17 Sep 2018
Film was revolutionary. One of the few movies that put violence without looking unnecessary. Yes, background and story makes violence makes sense, even so extreme. Opposite of The Godfather, that is a film with too much sweetness, Scarface's geniality lives precisely in rawness and coldness, making two movies of the same genre (Criminal organizations) being genial in its different manners.
