This is a film that merges the cop and karate genres. Robert Z'Dar is a apsulute joy to watch. Matt Hannon is a hard to watch. Mark Frazer is basically a reaction to any scene, and does have a good reactions to what is happening around himself.
All of the women in this movie have the motivation to be weirdly attracted to Matt. Cheesy effects and a story line that is exposition; fight scene, repeat. With that being said Z'Dar and Frazer make it worth an view.
