This was visually impressive. It had a very similar look to Tetsuo the Iron Man. But it was lacking a lot. It was a bit too slow. The plot was weak. (They're experimenting on several people with mental issues who turn on them and butcher them.
It becomes a lot like torture-porn. Again, visually, this is pretty damn good.
