This film is simply ok, and frankly not worthy of it's praising reviews. It is an arguably tasteful, non explicit softcore love tale about a couple of young women who engage in a short term relationship, with the star debatably actually Rome itself and a lovely hotel room.
It seems almost an excuse to screen 2 naked beauties and feels flakey and weakened by an arty lesbian love story. Maybe the soft nature of this stops it being overly convincing and it plays a bit safe - surely a more wilder, passionate romp would have produced a more compelling feel of lust, love and forbidden attraction? (and thus a better watch).
