Robocop (Peter Weller) is back as he tracks down Cain (Tom Noonan), a dealer of a new designer drug called Nuke. Added to Robocop's troubles is a new and improved robot called Robocop 2 which has the brain of a psychotic madman.
Nancy Allen, John Glover and Dan O'Herlihy also star.
