Review of Ride the High Country (1962) by Steve B — 29 Dec 2007
Joel McCrea & Randolph Scott are excellent as the aging heroic and noted lawmen, reduced to taking whatever comes their way in order to live. Peckinpah does a very good job with the subplots and his portrayal of a small mining community.
An old fashioned western about salvation and loneliness.
