Remember how good the first one was & how you hoped one day they'll make a worthy sequel? Well, we'll have to wait until the next one. A bunch of college students from "America" (this movie was sooo shot in Europe) find the evil chemical Trioxyin from the first one and decide to make into into pill form and sell to people for their big rave party.
I'm still surprised they had any of it left after 5 movies but whatever. Then they learn the error of their ways, don't do any of the drugs, and live normal, happy lives and do not get eaten by zombies.
