Review of Rejected (2000) by Ryan V — 15 May 2012

This animated short film is supposedly a collection of rejected advertising spots. The works, reflective of the animator's impending emotional breakdown, become progressively more violent and ridiculous until abject pandemonium breaks out.

Rejected is a hilarious and caustic indictment of artistic compromise and commercialization. It also created an internet catch phrase out of "My anus is bleeding!" You can watch this one for free on youtube, so there's no reason to not check it out.
