Review of Ragamuffin (2014) by Daniel S — 23 Sep 2015
This is a refreshing honest look at what a contemporary Christian artist really faces. I never really cared anything for Rich Mullins music. Still don't. But I respect who he was and where he came from after watching this movie.
His life didn't resolve like most Christian movies do. He wrestled with his faith, alcohol, humility in the midst of being a star. I was very impressed that it didn't fall into the trap of becoming evangelistic in tone.
Just a story and character many can relate to and sympathize with.
