Mads Mikkelsen does not play in this movie, he plays on the two first parts of the Pusher trilogy but not in the third part. This part is by far the best, it deals with the complete exhaustion of an ancient druglord who now have to obey to a new generation that he despise.
This movie will let you drained as the main character is.
