I used to find bodybuilding disgusting and unattractive, but after watching this movie I changed my mind. Viewers are shown first hand the amount of work and dedication it takes to become the worldâ??s top bodybuilder.
Bodybuilding used to be a grotesque sport but I know understand it that bodybuilders are as simply artists using the human body as their palate.
