What a Doozy! This starts off like any other horror film and then just goes loopy and keeps up the tension to the end, which has a killer line, if a little contrived.
The choice to show the horror upfront and in daylight worked so well. The style of the film was handled perfectly, that I was glad I saw this, despite a number of people being negative about it just before the screening at FrightFest 2010.
Even at the end when the special effects went a bit ropey (!) I didn't care because the journey was well delivered.
