Review of Postcards from the Edge (1990) by Michael H — 08 Jul 2008
Meryl is terrific. Love the scene where she's listening to the director tell the wardrobe person about how fat she's getting and she hides. No dialogue - just Meryl at her comedic best. And then there's Shirley MacLaine - who gives her best film performance.
Them talking over each other in the agents office is hysterical.
