Keanu is seriously a sub par actor in this movie, matched only by the mediocrity of swayze. this movie rocks solely because the over the top stereotypical action movie sequences and ridiculous movie quotes that spawn from these two.
and please, gary busey really stretches himself as a crazy angry bad cop... I love this movie, it is a classic, please do not try and look for a deeper meaning, its not there.
