This is the first time in at least 3 years that I have disagreed so completely with a review from this website. This movie is fantastic. The plot is simple but solid and lacking excess sentimentality. Dakota Fanning is an incredible actress, underrated as an adult, and this is one of her best films.
Why did it get suck lukewarm reviews? Better than Rain Man, less maudlin.
