Review of Pedro (2008) by Ricky S — 22 May 2009
An extremely touching film about Pedro. Definitely had my tear ducts working... I thought there was something missing, but I don't quite know what. Alex Castillo, playing Pedro, was absolutely wonderful when he was playing Pedro while he was sick, but I thought he could've had a little bit more to him while playing Pedro while he was healthy. This is just me being over critical, however.
It really is a moving film, and I think everyone should see it. The ensemble of the cast do a really great job, especially the actress playing Milly.
