I loved this! I was glad to see a movie that did not show GLBT families as perfect- rather a family with flaws-a husband who has an alcohol problem and can't seem to quite commit, a foster child brimming with homophobia, hate and emotional scarring.

I also found the other characters were not what I expected. When I think of Sweden I think socially progressive-a lot of the characters in this were rather homophobic-something I didn't expect.

This will probably end up in my dvd collection. Interesting piece opf trivia-Gustaf Skarsgard is Alexander's brother.
