The story of India becoming a nuclear state is a fascinating story and would have made for a great movie script. Unfortunately, this movie is just based on those events and don't share much else with it.
Still, the movie could have told us an interesting tale, sadly with mediocre direction, expressionless cast and terrible script it's just a tolerable movie. A wasted opportunity as I see it.
