Review of Parkland (2013) by Chad H — 19 Sep 2013
If you are looking for a tell all on how Oswald did it or who the other conspirators were, you will be disappointed. But, if you want a perspective of those caught in the mad rush and chaotic events of that day, Parkland is the reflective documentary for you.
Director Peter Landesman directed the movie as a chaotic day, a blurry rush of details with the movie jumping from story to story to bring the viewer closer to the emotional roller coaster those who experienced it first hand felt.
It's not intended to be a smooth ride, because on that day, everyone's tranquil, sunny, picturesque day turned suddenly on end.
