Papa is a newly released movie by Dan Israely, based on a true story. The story is unique and very well told. The cinematography, was especially good. Quite an impressive cast including Paul Sorvino, Daryl Hannah, Frankie Avalon, Eric Roberts, Mischa Barton, Michael Madsen, David Proval and Ann Margaret.

Acting was excellent. The movie brings to light many problems that adopted children face. It also gives us a glimpse into the world of the mentally challenged in a positive way. The music won already several awards, and justly so.

In an era of very violent films it is pleasing to see a movie that tells a human, wonderful story and is entertaining at the same time. All in all a very enjoyable movie. A must see! Even though some moments are tense, and might bring tears to your eyes, you still come out with a huge satisfactory smile.
