ACTION/ COMEDY.
Directed and starred Sammo Hung Kam Bo which the comedy falls flat but the action sequences are top notch and are well choreographed who was still in his prime! Movie centers on a serial killer who's also known as the 'pantyhose killer' hence the title which is nothing but an excuse to showcase Sammo's fast and furious martial art skills!
Dismissal storyline and comedy routines but the action sequences gets.
