Review of Out in the Dark (2012) by Eric W — 19 Apr 2014
This movie is both a superb romance and an excellent political thriller. It's about two believable, flesh and blood gay men whose love is confined by the insane conventions of the age-old Palestinian-Israeli crisis.
The acting is outstanding from both leads. You believe in their love and the restrictions of their lives. The directing and writing is top-notch. The film's pacing is perfect. Don't miss this one.
For me, it's one of the brst movies of any genre in years.
