We just got home from seeing the opening night screening at Sundance 2016. I can't rate this movie highly enough. It was a roller coaster of scream laughing, cringing, and weeping. But the sad parts weren't heavy handed; not a single line was misplaced.
Molly Shannon was brilliant; she didn't overact, but was raw and real. The writer stayed for Q&A at the end ... Very impressive. He's got a long and successful career ahead of him, and I'll be watching.
