Best film I have seen this year so far, but not your usual horror movie. Jarmusch’s vampires are relatively satisfied with their lives in their languid way, and you really feel for them – as vampires.
Have you ever wondered whatever happened to Adam and Eve and Christopher Marlowe? You can find out in this film. The actors were all completely believable, and the atmosphere of living by night was perfect.
The film was also very witty and had great music. I actually felt invigorated after this film and they weren’t selling blood in the lobby.
