Review of Night of the Demons 2 (1994) by Vince F — 26 May 2008
What the hell. Well, I was mildly entertained, but since I'm a HUGE fan of the first one I just find this to be severely lacking. Awful writing and somewhat brain dead direction didn't help either.
I remember first seeing this back in the day, getting all excited because it was a sequel to the kick ass first one, but even then I knew I didn't like it. Should have just went with the same concept as 1, as this whole boarding school setting sucked ass.
The demons were also pathetic.
Tits, blood, snakes, pus, lipstick turned worm that burrows up a girls..ahem, tits that become killer hands, a crazed nun with a ruler fetish, some whiny suck who just WONT SHUT UP, more tits, bad lines, awful nineties soundtrack. I may have missed some of the other spectacular features, but you get the idea.
Well 1 had everything I loved about 80ies horror, this certainly had everything I hated about 90ies horror.
