It had a great deal of potential that it failed to live up to...but ultimately the story fell apart like so much rancid shit, and was full of holes. The characters were poorly developed and generally lame.
Stood on the backs of better, more established themes and even character designs...only to take a jumping face first swan dive into the concrete of mediocrity.
