Review of Naked Lunch (1991) by Tristan P — 25 May 2008
Cronenberg's drug trip movie is perhaps his funniest film to date. It's also poignant and disgusting, and would make a fine companion piece with Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Peter Weller proves he can do more than just say "Drop it", and Roy Scheider proves he can be a more menacing villain than any shark.
