Review of Mystery Team (2009) by Alex A — 27 May 2010
From the opening scene to the credit roll, this movie delivers in a way only Derrick comedy can. If you're a fan of their youtube videos, or even if you've never heard of them before, this movie will have you laughing from start to finish.
With witty one-liners and a decent plot the movie is more than a "turn off your brain and watch" style movie. While there is a great deal of humor that may be considered low brow, there are enough moments that challenge you intellectually.
Overall i'd give mystery team a score of 4/10 just because I can identify with some of the overthetop stereotypes of people who sometimes just don't fit in.
