The most underrated film of 2010, in my honest opinion, and a great supernatural/psychological horror film. Craven actually took the time to develop characters, and write a great story too. All the performances were really, really good, especially by Max Thieriot and Emily Meade, and the directing was excellent! Wes Craven always delivers! 4/5.
