Paris, Kevin Kline, Kristin Scott Thomas, and Maggie Smith. How could this go wrong. Excellent drama. It looks like a light comedy about a man inheriting an apartment in Paris that is inhabited by a feisty old lady.
But it soon turns into a moving drama about families, dysfunctions, and long hidden secrets. The acting is superb as is to be expected by this cast. The scenery is Paris doing what it does best. I am sure I will be watching this one again.
