Review of My Little Pony: Equestria Girls (2013) by Ulrik R — 03 Dec 2013
Season 3 ended with a bang in the Winter. Some praised it and other raged on the Twilight livestram chat. The Equestria Girls movie was on the talk at that time. Then in the summer one of the hottest ever the movie finally had been released.
Alicorn Twilight and her friends are called to the Crystal Empire again. Twilight is having her crown stolen by the new villain the unicorn Sunset Shimmer. The chase ends in the humans world behind the mirror.
Twilight must be used to be human in that nerw world in a high school. Sunset Shimmer is a human high school bully, and there are many cameos like human Trixie. It's not any Award material, but some feel good old school animation combined with new Flash animation.
Brohoof to Meghan Mccharty. The songs are forgettable except for Help Twilight win the Crown. Many movies this decade focuses on school bullying including this one. Beside that it's a colourful musical like a Grease for kids.
