Moonrise Kingdom is Wes Anderson proving once again that he is one of the most original filmmakers of our time. Its an odd tale of the minds of children which ended up being a different and succesful change from Anderson's usual work.

You can feel Anderson's tone and setting at work here as well as his talent at using his cast to the best of their abilities. This little adventure is imaginative & charming, giving the audience that same brand of off-beat humor that we love.

Only further proof that Wes Anderson is a odd mastermind that knows exactly how to touch the soul of the audience with his own style that you won't find anywhere else.
