I'll never hear the song "Danny Boy" without thinking of Albert Finney gunning down gangsters. With characteristic Coen pacing, writing and wit, Miller's Crossing is a tight deconstruction of mob ties, molls, allegiances and what happens when the whole thing crashes around your head.
