Grim portrayal of a hard life tweaking the bump. The law with all their resources attacking it & its poor victims is like trying to drain a river with a straw. Give addicts one month of enforced drytime then a lifetime free supply on demand in clean medically supervised environment with antidotes & life support & withdrawal & recovery abstaining services.
