The gritty English style suits the mood of this movie. There's something quite honest about Daltry's portrayl of John Mcvicar. You find him Vulnerable, yet terrifying and somewhat admirable. The who's music aptly suits the mood of sixties London.
I love this film and can watch it over and over and never get bored.
