I found out that Skeletor was played by Frank Langella a few weeks ago. Total shock. That's how good the makeup is in this movie. However, otherwise it's kind of just a 80s cartoon fan film, which is fun, but frightfully bad at points.
Courtney Cox's best film, by the way. :D.
