What to say about M*A*S*H? It's really hard to say anything but wow. To begin, this movie is gut-busting funny. Yes. Of course, it would have to be, in order to create a show that continued for 11 seasons.
Second off, it's really the first mainstream movie to drop the then-unheard of "F-Bomb." For which it earns extra points. In any case, this movie is fantastic. Robert Altman's blend of political parody and the violence of war (though a volatile mixture), easily makes M*A*S*H one of the best comedies -- or movies, for that matter -- of all time.
