Well its not as good as the original but still a worthy sequel, they shock at the start with the early killings as you don't expect them. Robert davi is great as he always is as the detective looking into the latest batch of maniac cop killings.
This one the cop learns to drive and ends up making friends with another seriel killer which is a nice touch. The deaths arn't quite as good but ok and z'dar is great as the zombie cop here you see alot more of him as they try to add a bit more emotion to the character. The fire stunts at the end are fantastic!!
