Review of Maniac Cop (1988) by Christopher B — 25 Feb 2007
Tom Atkins and Bruce Campbell star in a movie written by Larry Cohen and directed by Willaim Lustig. Am I in b-movie heaven? Yes indeed. One of the better high concept slasher films from the 80's, this one has a great story and fun characters.
The low budget helps add to it's gritty atmosphere. A really fun film with pretty good sequels.
