Powerful performances from Casey Affleck and Lucas Hedges in particular in this beautifully shot exploration of loss. Mundane in parts but so so beautifully mundane. there is lots of humour too in all of the bleakness.
Strong contender for best picture although 'La La Land' beats it for feel good.
