I've seen this movie twice and I absolutely love it! Lily James did a truly amazing job playing Donna. You honestly don't miss Meryl Streep that much in this movie because of her amazing performance.
It's not as jubilant as the first one, there's a bit more pain, but it only adds joy to the high energy moments. My only advice is to see the first one before you go and don't go and see the movie simply for Meryl Streep, because she only has a cameo in he movie.
Go see it because you like Mamma Mia!
