Review of Made in Hong Kong (1997) by Sami H — 05 Jan 2013
A beautiful portrail of the lower echelons of Hong Kong society during the 1990s. A story of teenages finding (or not) their way into adult hood in a confusing and morally grey world void of any true adult role models.
Holds some great moments of black comedy but ultimately a tragic tale. A fantastic and very 'real' portrayal of Hong Kong during that period for anyone interested in this region of the world.
