Review of Luther the Geek (1989) by Amy D — 24 Mar 2010
It was really nice of that mental hospital to allow a patient, incarcerated because he killed three people, to allow him to make his own metal dentures. And it was also nice of the parole board to consider him perfectly healthy when he doesn't speak AT ALL, but just squawks like a chicken.
This might have worked if they had hired some folks who could act. Edward Terry is great as Luther, the REAL Mr. Chicken, but everybody else would benefit with a few acting lessons. But it is a Troma film and that's really all you need to know.
