Review of Love, Marilyn (2013) by Ian G — 16 Sep 2012
With the exception of Lindsey Lohan, there was a great collection of performers collected to interpret and recite a newly found batch of letters, diaries and poems written by Marilyn with provide a little more of an incite into the Icon that was Marilyn Monroe and does show a little more of her haunted psyche as she battled a troubled past and the attempt to dive into the method.
A slick and polished production that was engaging, if not an entirely new project since a somewhat similar idea was attempted with About a Boy with Kurt Cobain 7 years ago. Not bad.
